In short

  • Naasa LMS is an online learning platform. Teachers publish classes, and students pay for access through price plans.
  • Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees. Access is granted once your payment is verified, usually within 24 hours.
  • Class content is for your personal use only. Downloading, recording or sharing it is prohibited and leads to a permanent ban.
  • Refunds are available in limited cases. See our Refund Policy.
  • Customer support is provided by Deamoz at support@deamoz.com.

1.About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Naasa LMS (“we”, “us”, “our”), an online learning platform based in Gampaha, Sri Lanka. The platform is developed and maintained, and customer support is provided, by Deamoz on our behalf.

By creating an account, enrolling in a class, making a payment or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2.Your account

  • Provide accurate, complete and current information when you register, and keep it up to date in your profile.
  • An account is for one person only. Do not share your login details or let anyone else use your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@deamoz.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
  • If you are under 18, you may use the platform only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for any payments made.

3.Our services

Teachers on Naasa LMS publish classes, which can include recorded video lessons, live sessions, documents and other learning material. Classes are offered through price plans, which give access to one or more classes for the period stated on the plan, for example a monthly or a one-time plan.

  • Your access starts when your enrolment is approved and ends on the expiry date shown in your dashboard.
  • Teachers may update, reorganise or reschedule class content during the access period.
  • We do not guarantee any particular exam result or learning outcome.

4.Prices and payment

  • All prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) on the price plan page before you pay.
  • Promo codes and early-bird discounts apply only as described on the plan. Early-bird discounts currently apply to online payments only.
  • At present, you pay by bank transfer or deposit to one of the accounts listed on the payment information page, then submit your receipt through the price plan page or WhatsApp.
  • When online card and QR payments become available, they will be processed by a licensed third-party payment gateway. You enter your card details on the gateway's secure page; we never see or store your full card number or security code.
  • Each payment covers only the plan and period stated. There are no automatic renewals or recurring charges.
  • If a price is shown incorrectly because of an error, we may cancel the enrolment and refund any amount paid for it.

5.Payment verification and access

Naasa LMS provides a digital service. Nothing is shipped; your classes are delivered online through your account.

  • After you submit your receipt, we verify the payment and grant access, usually within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email.
  • If we cannot verify a payment, for example because the receipt is unclear or does not match, we will reject the request and let you know by email. Contact us if you believe this is a mistake.
  • If you have not received access within 24 hours of submitting a valid receipt, contact us at support@deamoz.com.
  • Submitting a fake or altered receipt, or someone else's receipt, will lead to suspension of your account and may be reported to the authorities.

6.Cancellations and refunds

Payments are not refunded automatically. You may request a refund within 7 days of payment by sending a formal email from your registered email address. A refund is made if the reason is valid and the teacher of the class agrees. The full process and timelines are set out in our Refund Policy.

Because plans do not renew automatically, there is nothing to cancel. Your access simply ends on its expiry date.

7.Acceptable use

When using the platform, you must not:

  • upload or share anything illegal, offensive or harmful, or harass other users or teachers;
  • pretend to be someone else, or create multiple accounts to misuse promotions or discounts;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform, or bypass any content protection;
  • use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access or copy the platform or its content;
  • share your account, or sell, rent or transfer your access to anyone else.

8.Content and intellectual property

All class videos, documents and other materials belong to the teachers who create them or to Naasa LMS, and are protected by the Intellectual Property Act No. 36 of 2003 of Sri Lanka and other applicable laws.

When you enrol, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to view the content for your own learning during your access period. You must not:

  • download, screen-record, photograph or otherwise copy videos or other material;
  • share, publish, upload or distribute any content, in whole or in part, to anyone who is not enrolled;
  • sell any content or use it for commercial purposes.

Any account found copying or sharing content will be permanently blocked without notice and without a refund, and we may take civil or criminal legal action.

9.Teachers

Teachers are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the content they publish and for delivering their classes as described. Refund requests are decided together with the teacher of the class. Teacher accounts may also be subject to a separate agreement with Naasa LMS.

10.Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account, with or without notice, if it breaches these Terms or is used for fraud, or if the law requires us to. If an account is closed because of a breach, no refund is due for any remaining access.

You may stop using the platform at any time. To close your account and delete your data, contact us as described in our Privacy Policy.

11.Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep the platform available, but we cannot guarantee an uninterrupted or error-free service. Access may be paused for maintenance or updates, or for reasons outside our control, such as internet or power outages. We may change, add or remove features from time to time.

12.Third-party services

Some features rely on third parties, such as payment gateways, banks and embedded video players like YouTube. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their services.

13.Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The platform and its content are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, opportunity or exam results, arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a class is limited to the amount you paid for the price plan concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the laws of Sri Lanka.

14.Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. We will tell you about significant changes by email or with a notice on the platform. If you continue to use the platform after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.

15.Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it may be referred to the courts of Sri Lanka, which will have exclusive jurisdiction.
